You are a homeowner experiencing equipment problems since you moved in or 2-3 years after it was installed: rooms that get either too cold or too hot, cannot maintain consistent comfort, equipment cycles frequently and the house is still uncomfortable etc. You can still keep ignoring heating and hot water issues, such as gas smell due to a flue gas leak, hot water going on and off, the heat stopped working, that can lead to costly water damage, higher utility bills, and disrupted daily life, lack of comfort or You take action now!
What makes or breaks high efficiency units (boiler & tankless water heaters) are 3 things: 1. Proper installation with venting that meets local code and manufacturer's requirements, 2. Water quality control and 3. Timely required maintenance by a trained technician.
We are the best at installing the units so they are serviceable, code compliant. We service their units in the field from a small repairs to a complete tear down
Q - I would like to know if i can repair the unit rather than replace it.
A - We can do an assessment on the equipment and, if it's repairable, we will give that option first before suggesting a new unit replacement.
Q - What's the work process with boiler replacement or new installs ?
A - We pull a plumbing and gas permit from the city, then we come in and inject cleaner into existing heating system few days prior to install. After new boiler installation, we refill the system, flush again, remove the air from the system and inject PH balancing scale inhibitor.
Q - How can we address the water quality so that my equipment lasts ?
A- We supply and install a magnetic filter/dirt separator with every high efficiency boiler to address the magnetite (iron oxide sludge). If it's combi boiler that also produces hot water or tankless installation and you are in town that has hard water, we propose either water softener or inhibiting filter to protect from minerals that cause corrosion
Q - Who is going to do annual maintenance service on new equipment?
A - As an added value to our customers include a free, one time complimentary full maintenance a year after new High Efficiency boiler and tankless unit installation.
If you act now, you can go back and spend time on things that matter most in your life at the comfortable, safe, healthy, energy smart and sustainable home that you deserve.
Don't let heating and hot water issues disrupt your life, comfort and your time. Temporary "Band-Aid" fixes usually address symptom rather than providing long term solution to a root cause.
