Apprentice Plumber/ Service technician
Positions are available part time & full time. We offer merit-based bonuses based on employee performance.
Candidates with the following characteristics will be given preference:
- Plumbing Apprentice License (Required)
- Always Respectful and courteous to customers
- Good communication skills with ability to listen
- Must be organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Must have his own hand tools
- MA driver license & a reliable car/transportation
- Must be Drug and alcohol free
- Handy with tools
- Responsible & accountable person
- Punctuality & safety awareness is a must
- Experience plumbing 2 years (required) and hydronic heating 1 year (preferred)
- Always Respectful to coworkers and pleasant to customers
- Must have a will to succeed & get the job done
- We will train teachable candidates with a good attitude
- Good people skills required: communication skills with ability to listen
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assist plumber on job site
- Preparing job site
- Cleaning up job site
- Organizing tools in the truck for next job
- Physical labor, must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Complete all on-boarding paperwork in a timely manner & return it to manager
- Required to attend all online and offline trainings offered by the management

Journeyman Plumber / Service technician

- Good communication skills required
- Always Respectful and courteous to customers
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated to work with minimal supervision
- 4 - 5 years of experience in plumbing & heating field
- MA journeyman plumber’s license necessary to work without supervision
- Responsible & accountable person
- Punctuality & safety awareness is a must
- Must have a will to succeed & get the job done
- Must have hand and basic power tools
- MA driver license & a reliable car/transportation
- Must be Drug and alcohol free
- Basic heating knowledge is preferable
