High Quality Plumbing LLC is building an elite “Core + Flex” roster of licensed plumbers in the Greater Boston area. Our culture is simple: “Playful. Professional. Plumbing Excellence.” We are looking for high-level tradesmen who want the freedom to pick up project-based work on their days off, without sacrificing the legal protections of a W-2. When we have premium overflow jobs, you get the first text. Take the shift if you want the W-2 cash, pass if you’re busy. No pressure, just opportunity.
Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)
To maintain our standard of “Plumbing Perfection,” you must bring the following to the table:
- Active MA Licensure: Valid Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice License (with a minimum of 3 years verified experience) or an active Journeyman/Master License.
- Technical Chops: Proven, hands-on experience with Hydronic Heating systems (Boilers, radiant, and baseboard).
- Safety First: OSHA-10 Construction Safety Card (strongly preferred) and a commitment to being 100% drug and alcohol-free.
- The Logistics: A valid MA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and your own complete set of professional hand tools.
- Physical Capability: Ability to execute physical labor safely, including lifting 50–75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Flawless Execution: Assist lead plumbers or work independently on high-end residential/commercial service and installation tasks, strictly adhering to MA code.
- Site Excellence: Efficiently prepare, protect, and clean up job sites. We leave homes cleaner than we found them.
- Modern Workflow: Use FSM for all dispatching, GPS clock-ins, and uploading digital job documentation (photos and notes).
- Communication: Act as the “Expert Neighbor”—providing transparent, articulate customer service to our high-end clientele.
Rewards (Compensation & Culture)
- Pay Rate: $22.50 – $45.00 per hour based on license tier and experience.
